Pros

Philips is a strong, fare and solid organization with business all over the world. Good place to work with reasonable salaries and stability. Has space for growth and is going through positive transformation.

Cons

Philips is a Dutch organization and carries lots of these culture on its own culture. It is serious and truthful organization, but very slow on decision and reactive to new approaches.

Pros

I am working in Philips since 2009. What I like in Philips is that you are free to share your opinion with managers. If you perform, the company invests on you both in terms of responsibilities and in terms of learning. Salaries are competitive but not the highest in the industry.

Cons

There's too much of politic. The company doesn't grow and doesn't move fast enough compared to the market. It takes ages to take each decision. If you wanna apply for an internal vacancy you need a sponsor, otherwise no one will call you up for an interview.
