1. work-life balance is great, you can manage your own time very efficiently 2. colleagues are nice 3. hardly any pressure to deliver

Cons

1. Lots and lots of politics, it's like in a football field everyone passing the ball 2. Lower than market rate due to the "BIG" name 3. Exposure will be less than you thought

Very good company atmosphere. Get a great feling of what the company as a whole stands for and where you individually fit in.

Cons

In such a large company, it is common to have a lot of beaurocracy, and Philips is no different. If you want to get something done, you have to do things exactly by the book, and sometimes you end up putting a lot of effort in for something simple
