Good benefits (401K, Bonus, OK Medical, Employee perks) Brilliant technical people Good competitive pay Co-workers will often help you at their expense

Cons

Frequent management changes Weak management - clueless and poor internal integrity Encourages yes man culture Infrastructure issues are not addressed unless you have clout Experiments with environment changes without consulting employees Confusing annual review metrics that are are out of the employee's control Does not reward great performers Takes forever to punish poor performers Vague direction Processes, processes, and more processes that slow things down.

Good people. Innovative and challenging. Learned a lot.

Cons

If your not in inner circle good luck. West manager promotes favoritism/rewards for inner circle versus employees who work hard and have proven results. Culture of looking behind your back and careful who you trust. Certain project teams have poor leadership which leads to many headaches with implementation of products. Over worked with limited help and resources. Do not promote from within. No opportunity to grow

Pros

Most of the people I worked with were nice and I am still friends with some.

Cons

IT outsourced most of their US sites to 3rd party consultants and Finance is very slowly going through a reorganization and laying people as it down-sizes. Everyone is overworked. Not going to get anywhere if you don't know how to play office politics. If you report to a manager that actually knows how to manage, you might get some recognition, otherwise it is usually when you do something wrong.
