A lot of change happening in the company, but very positive one. Divesting not profitable business, moving into new attractive markets - health. Great products, consumers just love them, so easy to do my marketing work!

Cons

Sometimes not enough of resource to do everything we would like to do.

Pros

Flexible working hours OK Benefits (housing allowance and schooling) but below average. Good Family Balance. Provides independence in your way of working. .

Cons

HR Team with a few exceptions are not very friendly after you join the company. Very disorganized internally, although they are going through a massive Reorg. Very difficult to develop beyond a level if you don't hold an orange passport.
