Pros

Great benefits (or at least there used to be), nice work environment with amenities, very professional environment, great global teams, some great people intermixed with very problematic individuals.

Cons

Clunky and top-heavy corporate communications, indecipherable annual review process, insane schedules at times, very slow to non-existent progress on continual product quality and product development improvements. Extremely conformist and almost unmanageable amount of "me too" attitude with middle management that stifles creativity and progress. Stuffy work environment. Too many incompetent middle managers that are protected by the system.
