Pros

I feel like I am a valued member of my team. I know what is expected of me and I have the resources to achieve my full potential. I am a working parent and have never had issues with work-life balance. I feel well compensated which is also very motivating for me in many ways.

Cons

They could use an onsite barista. There are soooo many people and the free coffee situation is not great.
