Good pay, good benefits. Generally innovative, good quality equipment. People at field level dedicated and good to work with.

Cons

The constant push for numbers without regard to reality causes things to be done that are counterproductive, inefficient, and totally frustrating to the people in the field that face the customer daily. New processes and procedures are implemented without ever consulting the people that actually will be doing it. If you care about doing the job right and to the best of your ability....you will be very frustrated! So much so, that after a long career, I'm currently seeking employment elsewhere.
