Interesting projects, interdisciplinary environment, creative peers, u can choose the projects that u would like to do, quite free. Activities are hold there, enjoy the family day

Cons

Ideas of Design is weak. Some scientists are stubborn, u need to spend time on communicating. The process is complex.

The corporate company has been going through a challenging time with regards to cash management as a result it has had a negative impact on all locations.

Cons

Dutch management makes all important decisions....eventually. People with ZERO relevant experience promoted into big jobs without any internal posting/ process. Lip service given to career advancement...you are on your own. There's a reason that they've stopped doing employee engagement surveys!
