Great benefits and top notch choices for Health, Dental, Vision, profit-sharing, etc. Great name to put on your resume as well. Globally recognized company does take extra steps to make sure that you do have good work/life balance. They ask for feedback from their employees and try to come up with solutions.

Cons

There are some managers that shouldn't be there. With them it's not about what you know it's about who you know.

Great company to work for. highly innovative and humane leadership. Big multinational that had presence across continents

sometimes a tad bit slow . wasnt able to match up with asian competition in form of Sony, LG, Samsung in AV business though lighting is still doing great
