Quite bureaucratic and at times too set on process. Lots of "theories" that still have yet to be applied to real projects.

Consensus driven decision making and re-making is slow; hard to get decisions made at all sometimes Strong hierarchy and little tolerance of dissension Too much focus on process for process sake Talk about reducing complexity and supporting new ideas is not genuine Very political, tough to get promoted until you've been there at least 10 years Office space environment circa 1980's
