Cons

Organization structure changes almost every year thus, quality of work and short term goals of the smaller business units sometimes have no time to be realized at all due to new directives given from top to bottom.

Pros

It's a big company with a lot of great training and opportunities - if you aggressively seek them out. The people are generally nice and care about what they do.

Cons

It's a big machine that will chew you up and spit you out if you don't actively manage your career. Not all the parts play as well as they could together and its frustrating to see the potential but not be able to make it happen because of individual incentives.
