Pros

Most of the people I worked with were nice and I am still friends with some.

Cons

IT outsourced most of their US sites to 3rd party consultants and Finance is very slowly going through a reorganization and laying people as it down-sizes. Everyone is overworked. Not going to get anywhere if you don't know how to play office politics. If you report to a manager that actually knows how to manage, you might get some recognition, otherwise it is usually when you do something wrong.

Talented colleagues, good work-life balance, good and fair annual performance review system in place.

Cons

Too many layers, rigid and sometimes archaic processes, slow decision making, non-transparent decisions by upper management, uninspiring HR and IT departments, "rewards" loyalty and long service by removing benefits.
