I have been at worst places. I have flexibility in my schedule. My direct manager is good. Hope they don't leave.

Cons

Another set of CEOs - and it appears they read the management books the group did 6+ years ago. Health and well-being is a nice catch phrase - too bad it doesn't apply to employees. You know it is bad when the slogan by marketing is Sense and Simplicity - and employees just call it senseless stupidity.

Pros

Large company - an international corporation who tries to be the best in its field. A lot of money is invested in develpoment. A good place to study a not so known field.

Cons

Large company - it can feel a bit slow and complicated. The meetings are very long and not always get to the point... Besides, the long meetings don't leave enopugh time for engineering work.
