The company brand attracts great, intelligent people + dynamic management + good work/life balance + good benefits + global open culture (easy to contact and branch out outside your own department) + nice work environment

Cons

location (everything happens in Eindhoven) + company's outlook not so good + organizational inertia (but hard to avoid with a company this size) + little growth

I found there is freedom to choose what we want to do, and how do we do it. Seniors here always encourage trainees with innovative ideas. They prefer to be facilitators rather than teachers. In this calm, cool, encouraging environment, I truly have space to think.
