      Pros

      A comittment to building relationships and delivering on promises has proven to differentiate the company from compeitors. That is changing.

      Cons

      Management and program changes, and not promting from within underminde established opportunities. Too slow to respond and prevent competitive challenges.

      Pros

      Philips offers a good package, taking care of their employees; good base salary, full pension plan, and flexibility to work remote if needed. The company has many job opportunities for those interested, e.g. in other markets.

      Cons

      The last few years, Philips hasn't been consistent in its strategy. Focus changes from day to day, inconsistent decisions etc. It says that it wants to 'Accelerate' and work like a FMCG company, but often still puts technology before consumer insights or doesn't follow thru. The company doesn't manage to retain many of those that came from FMCG.
