      Big company with a lot of options for career Well structured and functional Employee well-being is taken into account

      Cons

      While a big company has its benefits, it also has its downsides when it comes to red tape etc You'd have to push, really push, and play a little bit of office politics to be able to advance in your career

      Very dynamic. Multicultural friendly. Highly engaging. Makes sure you contribute to your full potential.

      Cons

      Sometime too slow but this is improving. Lots of bureaucracy, but there are changes being implemented to change this.
