      Pros

      Philips is a great place to work. They invest in their employees. If you give it your all and take ownership of your career, there are many opportunities within the company to grow yourself and advance. They are very flexible if you have personal issues you need to address.

      Cons

      Sometimes the decisions made by management do not seem to be thought through on how it affects employee workloads. Company seems to progressively want employees to do more with less resources in shorter time spans.
