      For some, they worked here for life long until get retrenched, for some, they left here in less than 3 years

      Friendly colleagues, caring managers, flexible working environment, above average salary, reputable company brand, employee exclusive products discount and many other benefits

      Cons

      No cutting edge technology, no risk taking, not good in professional training and development, lost to job market after long-time working in specific job, not very good in job security.

      Pros

      Great people and a lot of opportunities to learn a lot! Next to this it has a good structure to get to know a lot of people. Most employees are on a high level and are really dedicated to work for the company. I love our mission! Improving people's lives through meaningful innovation!

      Cons

      Bureaucracy and with that it is slow with decision making. Next to this is the turn-over of people very high. I have seen three different managers in 2 years. I think that's not healthy.
