I love what Philips is about - how can you argue with a company looking to make the world healthier? They have a great mission and along the way they are a company concerned with the welfare of their employees. There will always be those who are dissatisfied or have a unhappy mgr relationship, but it is overall a great place to work.

Cons

Work/Life balance can sometimes fall off the scale.

Compensation. The benefits are also pretty nice. The cusomters that I service are also excellent. I love working on electronics and fixing them.

Cons

Middle Management. I know who my boss's boss is but after that there is a void. After hours support is also lacking.
