Cons

the office politics are benefiting locals, so experts from other areas have slight disadvantage to grow into the management, especially when they start talking in their local lingo

While some managers have "management" training, some others can't supervise or lead a blind man throuogh a dark room

Pros

They are experts on medical devices,advanced technologies on medicine and some related fields. Individual company field which is very big for employees and visitors.

Cons

The location is not so good for me. A car is required for employees. The internship team is not big to learn. It was an individual project.
