First line managenment was good. Good tenured coworkers. Pay is good, good benefits.

Cons

Upper management has issues; they micro-manage, have to provide weekly reports as a minimum. Don't empower employees, talk 'One Philips' but still operate in silos. Competitors are bringing better products, therfore, losing market share.

This company has a real focus on Marketing and is willing to try the newest techniques from state of art FMCGs. It is a good school to learn about all the fancy marketing theories.

Cons

It is all about politics. If you are not willing to get credits for your friend's work, you are going to have a hard time there. Could be more practical and down to earth.
