Well-developed vision and mission. Supply chain function is strong and has good leadership and systems in place to support the division.

Cons

During consolidation period of locations, there was a struggle between the "old-guard" of the previous company and the go-forward team whichs remains mostly intact. The old group lacked the vision of the newer team, but has since faded away.
