Cons

Dutch corporation, not a competitive design organisation, designing for a B brand, no money to fund projects, middle management are out of touch, upper management useless.

Pros

We have good benefits and time off policies. Campus is nice with lots of amenities and employee support and discounts.

Cons

Very different and unfair pay and bonus programs depending on the salary grade. Way too many directors and VPs - company is very top heavy with authority held close to the vest.

Pros

Interesting technologies, projects, and software development methodologies. Good, frequent face 2 face contact with the clients, frequent trainings. I liked their drive to improve their development methods.

Cons

Most of the senior level meetings are in Dutch. Some of the monthly employee meetings are in Dutch even if there are people, whose understanding of Dutch is not so great. This could be extremely demotivating for some.
