outsourcing every tech role in the company. Not to mention everything else that can be outsourced. Leading to many middle management opportunities.

Pros

The upside is that overall as a company they truly care about their employees and their customers. Their products are top quality.

Cons

There are too many politics going on to get ahead for promotional opportunities. The junior level managers will only hire people with 5-8 years of experience and promote those people moving forward. They are trying to make it a young person's company. Mature workers are not hired or valued.
