It's a pretty laid-back environment and they really care about their employees. Benefits are reasonable as well as their work-life balance. I've learned a great deal working here and have had numerous opportunities for growing and developing. Cons
The Dutch leadership is not often in touch with its US employees. Unfortunately, there have been and will be layoffs throughout the country. It's a shame because the company has such potential. They put too much focus on their healthcare division and not enough on the other areas. Bonuses have also gone down. The Dutch leadership is not often in touch with its US employees.
