Pros
Pay is good. Work is not too difficult, good people. Facilities are great.
Cons
Typical large corporate environment that has too many managers and very much a hierarchy. So many sites around US that seem to fight over control on key issues. This leads to some power struggles and many who don't have a good work/life balance. Challenging work. Room to grow if you put in the extra time at your desk if you desire that.
