Encouraged internal candidates to move around within the company which is nice, I held 3 different types of jobs over the time I was at Philips. Decent pay, great benefits, great people.

Cons

Moving away from remote work. As with any large corporation, there’s a lot of the same ups and downs, and there’s constant layoffs.
