The company was great to work. The team that I was working for was a tight family, and we did a lot of team building events to a lot of support in our daily work.

Cons

One of the cons was that the career opportunities were limited due to a lack of training; the company would not spend money to train or pay for certification, yet kept telling us that we would have opportunities to move up. At the time of my departure, the company had stopped innovating and had to move some positions abroad to save on salaries. Why pay someone 57K in the US if you can give someone 4OK for the SAME JOB in another country
