      Too many Reorgs

      work times are Flexible enough depending on the teams.

      Cons

      Too many reorgs and lay offs every 6 months from last 10 years. Lot of Management changes every year or two. Every new management has their own new strategy in short periods of time with too many changes. Employees are confused and lost. Significant Dutch leadership and domination over US employees.
