      Pros

      401K match, competitive salary, company store employee discount.

      Cons

      The most chaotic and reactive place I've seen in 20 years career. Management routinely ignores technical advice and creates one avoidable crisis after another. Too many thin skin divas who cannot handle the truth, continuously trying to drive technical decisions without any technical knowledge. Engineers are not valued, treated as a service organization, 60% is paperwork driven by technically challenged individuals who get a kick of wasting engineer's time making them change the font size in a document.

      Pros

      Most of the individual contributors that I worked with were great people. There are a few that are awful. There are some good managers but not many. Great introduction into medical standards so you can go work elsewhere later.

      Cons

      Bullying, lack of accountability in leadership, zero interest in learning from past mistakes, just does whatever the competition does so they can be 5 years behind the competition. Sad place to work.

      I work for the lifeline part of Philips. Since finding out about Philips selling that part. Has gone downhill. At first management was excellent, but the last 4 months as been horrible. Management doesn’t seem to care about us, over work. Only time we here from management is to let us know our numbers are not good! Management will ask how you feel, but will ignore once you let them know. Plays favorites big time.
