      Pros

      Some great people who are passionate about what they do. Many long tenured employees - especially in field service.

      Cons

      Quality issues are rampant across many product lines. Repeated product holds and shutdowns not to mention huge issues in-field with implementation and support. No commitment to succession planning - they pay lip service to this, but there is no integrity from upper management. North American leadership is a joke.

      you can find nice colleagues and peers

      Cons

      definitely not a good place to work for women, especially within Senior roles. Lack of ledarship, vision and real leaders. Senior Management only worried about personal visibility and career path.

      Outstanding salary level and solid benefit package for employees

      Cons

      The Andover location is scheduled for closing in less than two years and the operation are currently under a consent decree. This is at best a short term position despite the claim that seats will be available in the new location in Cambridge Crossing.
