Great company and culture to work for, real focus on meaningful technology and innovation to make a difference in patients' life. Welcoming environment to be able to immediately contribute to support the company strategy and mission. Great onboarding process and very good benefits. Amazing team members.

Cons

Communication and cross collaboration between North America and central team can be sometimes challenging and people can be working on silos. Improvements are in place and being managed by leadership teams to improve this challenge.
