Pros

The parent company has great benefit plans and centralized centers of excellence working on dissemination of training and best practices throughout all the individual teams.

Cons

If you're part of a recently bought group you will see disorganization in the acquisition process. I have to keep up with 4 different training systems, 3 network domains, hr policies change every year, I can't implement all the center of excellence practices because I don't have access to all the tools (two years in to the merger) our contractors will never have access to the tools, and our middle management is slow to embrace the tools.

Hi there, thank you for your review. Feedback from our employees is always welcome: we're constantly striving for improvement, of course also as employer. We're glad to hear that you're keen on the benefits provided at Philips. Your thoughts on the merger are appreciated: it's regrettable that you've experienced this to be disorganized. Your feedback will be noted: our management is also active on Glassdoor and is reading all reviews. Thank you for supporting us in our mission!
