- The buy out by Philips of IIT Reacts saved our jobs - Salary was high

Cons

- They were not creating equal opportunities: like they would hire a junior employee at double your salary just to make sure they had someone to fill the position, then close two other posting because they now lack the budget - I was hired to fill a position of Sofware / Security Architect, but never could act in my position, they never let me the space to perform my duties
