Flexibility, decent pay and benefits. 32 hours of volunteer time per year has allowed me to volunteer weekly.

Cons

Some toxic elements to the culture and a byzantine "quality" process which has nothing to do with quality and nobody seems to want to improve it. The pace of change here is glacial.
