Pros

Easy life, people there don't do much, lots of meetings in which a lot of time is lost and burnt. If you want an easy life where you will get bored out of your mind and are able to take it then this is for you. Mediocre pay although not bad for Netherlands.

Cons

No career path, managers with few exceptions are dinosaurs with no idea of modern people management nor project management and software development. A very inflexible company that is dying because people are afraid to reform, to change, to keep up with modern times but not lose core and very valuable conservative values -- not all new is necessarily good.

Good if you are joining a new team, starting on a new technologies. This is a good company to settle down, not a good company in early stage of your career.

Cons

Bad management practices at Pune. No growth opportunity. No promotion for hard working people.

1. Benefits 2. You get opportunity to meet different team working on different medical products and SaaS solutions. 3. Good learning but you need to be self driver.

Cons

You need to be self motivating to innovate. Though the company strives for innovation, not all business units are the same.
