Mixed feelings about the company. Sometimes work is great but gets too repetitive over time. Work culture is not great.

Pros

Less work pressure at most times. Good work in some projects.

Cons

Problem soving is done blindly without proper reasoning. Unequal distribution of work among resources. In some teams the work life balance is very poor. Too many managers, work is not given as per employee's skill set. No technical trainings, skill set does not enhance with time due to repetivtive work.

Good people, some good bosses. It was obvious they were moving us to india, minor tasks for all projects had been moving there for several years

Cons

Moved my job to India. pay was about 10-20% low.
