Good work culture, bad work and less compensation

Work-life balance is great Unlimited sick leaves Good support from seniors Planning is done smoothly Flexible work hours

Cons

Though it depends on the team, the work is really bad here. I spent most of the days trying to resolve EIs and doing non-development work. The tech-stack is very old. Even if you ask your manager about change of work, he won't give as it is not in his hands. Very less yearly hike (4-6%) Less CTC as compared to competitive companies. Growth is less.
