You receive a health insurance and have the opportunity to work with a Healthcare software, which may help to save lives.

Cons

You receive a very low salary and have to work a lot because there are a poor management. Another problem is the stress, because the environment isn't good. There is a lot of people working in a small space. People don't have enough space to work comfortably.

Cons

Not exactly a con since this is everywhere, but you must be at the "right" team to be acknowledged.

Cons

At least in my area, it didn't have the perks of software shops like the company catered food and drinks.
