I'm working in Philips for last year as a vendor. Philips provides a very good working environment for all the employees. It's motivating employees for innovating and implementing their new ideas and thoughts. Also, they are doing a well balanced business for last couple of quarters.

Cons

Should increase more branches for spreading more business in India and all over the world as well.
