      Dead End Job....Feel like the company is slowly drowning

      Pros

      Great Benefits, paid time off, vacation, sick days, and paid holidays.

      Cons

      Pay doesn't change and opportunities are usually for jobs that are ending soon. Can't make changes and give input. Always gets screened and not looked at. The RECALL.
