      Switching the management too often. Poor HR assistant.

      Pros

      Benefits are fair and a flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Too political and too much in-fighting. I've seen a lot of unqualified people get promoted; and also some very qualified people get passed over in favor of hiring from outside.
