      Pros

      Remote work (currently), good benefits, lots of learning options

      Cons

      little room for advancement, remote work, below average pay, job requires overtime often (server upgrades, projects, etc...) and management isn't willing to pay for it any longer

      The company is good. The benfits package provided is very good but the compensation feels lacking for the lower rung people.

      Cons

      Compensation feels lacking for the lower rung people. Business structure always changing so direct reports is constantly changing.
