      Pros

      If you are lazy and unambitious, then this might be the place for you. Great place if you want to show up, clock out, not use much of your brain, and follow orders. Benefits package is decent, salary is slightly below average. Good news however, if you are under qualified for the job they will probably hire you if you are willing to accept slightly below market rate. If you are bad at that job, they will still probably keep you around.

      Cons

      If you are moderately smart, ambitious, and enjoy learning. Please, seek employment elsewhere. Good ideas are not valued, education and growth are not valued. The bad employees are tolerated, the good employees quit.

      Pros

      Interesting processes in blown film extrusion.

      Cons

      Not a good environment for engineers in general. No autonomy, unqualified personnel in charge of engineering personnel. Engineers typically last 2-3 years and then move on. Pay is substandard as are benefits. Only consider if you have to live in the area, and even still there are better options. Large disconnect between management and plant operations, executives like to use a lot of corpo buzz words but have absolutely no idea what is going on.
