- Recently hired some great leaders within the business driving change - Pay is good - Pension contribution is matched up to 10% - Opportunity to travel to Dublin

- Poor L&D - No clear roadmaps for progression - Very hierarchical - No systems or processes in place - Some leaders have been in the business 10+ years and are focussed on historic ways of working - Can be quite a toxic work environment depending what team you are in - Senior leaders do not seem to care about sustainability
