Cons

Some sales associates have repeat issues with being argumentative with customers and bullying other sales associates/ picking fights with people. Supervisors and upper management don’t speak to the associates about their negative behavior or do anything to reprimand these people or attempt to improve their customer service skills with education or advice. Instead they put out fires with the angry customers again and again. And other staff who don’t enjoy working in this environment decide to find employment elsewhere so there is a high turn over rate. When I gave my two weeks notice in writing to upper management, nobody responded to me or acknowledged that I made any attempt at communication with them, no one was available to receive my turned in uniform shirt on my last day, and there was no exit interview.
