Horrible managers and supervisors. That was probably the one thing i hated about the job they were so horrible at times because of pressure from higher managers. They sometimes ganged up against staff. Any issue between staff and managers would be investigated and you could lose your job pretty quickly after a few warnings. As its usually their word over yours. I was investigated once whilst working there but it had nothing to do with a situation with a manager. However i loads of friends who had been continuously picked on.
