Pros

None that I could think of

Cons

Getting yelled at by management in front of colleagues for 'talking' whilst working (folding clothes). Bad attitude by all management You get treated like your an insolent school child No air conditioning, hot as hell in store Not allowed to leave once your shift ends until you get permission by management to go.

Pros

You meet some of the nicest people No longer minimum wage but wage still isn’t good enough

Cons

Management have no respect for retail assistants, the environment is like high school- constant talking about people and gossiping, stressful- you don’t get a minute to yourself, customers treat you like something of that on the bottom of your shoe, you meet some of the worst customers, you’re overworked, the store is either absolutely freezing or boiling there is no inbetween, illegal temperatures and working conditions, the job is not worth any money save yourself the hassle
