Pros

Regular salary, can't think of anything else.. No discounts, no incentives, no appraise.

Cons

*Racism everywhere (yeah on some black people but even more on white people.. ) *Working hours were 6-11pm, but no one is allowed to go home until everything is sparkling and perfectly tidy. Sometimes finishing as late as 11:45pm made me miss my last train and walk home for an hour by feet. *Customers.. oh the customers were hell. Entitled moms, entitled old ladies and just people who were having a bad day and ensuring you will be having one too.

Pros

Some of the managers really want you to excel and if your attendance and work ethics add up moving up to supervisor isn't hard at all. They love to keep the company growing with their own.

Cons

Sometimes if there is alot of pressure on the managers they expect the associates to pick up their slack or the previous shifts responsibilities . The call out policy isn't reasonable doctor notes are not excepted.
