      Pros

      I personally loved working at Primark. Met and work with some amazing people! If you work on weekends you'll work with a lot of people who are young and are at uni so can always plan nights out as a group. Week days tend to be more mature people who work and are really bubbly. Often given the choice of overtime which is great especially if you want to earn extra cash. Many sales assistants can progress to supervisors which is great to have on your CV especially if you are still at uni.

      Cons

      I do think the company culture needs to change as many staff have a cant be arsed and rude attitude which is often visible by customers; often making me feel ashamed to work at Primark.

      Pros

      You can have overtime for as much as you like and they’re not strict on the time you reach work. Pay at first was £6.83 now it’s £7.95 so it’s more motivating to do work.

      Cons

      They expect you to do more than they pay you. Also they make you do extra work in your overtime even though you chose to do it which isn’t fair because it was my own choice. There are not enough staff in each department so they can be hard on you when it comes to you working in your department. Unless you’re comfortable with a manager/supervisor not all of them are nice to you. Unnecessarily strict. No benefits, no discounts, not even for people who have worked there for years.
